types of reactions
This meeting went very well. Tri-minds and Rafts have found a regular place in our classrooms. We each tried using a few of them right away in our curriculum and started looking for potential ways to use them with our lesson study. Dana actually developed a Types of Reactions tri-mind which she bought to the spring meeting. During Holly’s second year teaching the lesson study, she used this activity as a follow-up formative assessment. It was fun for the kids, and made really apparent who knew what they were doing and who was just going through the motions. We also spent time again working though our lesson study to make sure it was teachable.
